TRAVEL CHANNEL'S MAN v. FOOD returns with host Adam Richman traversing the country’s varied culinary landscape in search of the most traditional, most delicious, and sometimes, the most off-the-wall meals and food challenges America has to offer. Tasting his way through each region’s celebrated delis, steakhouses, pubs, cafes and diners, Adam meets the owners and patrons to get the insider’s scoop on their can’t-miss, signature dishes. Following his appetite, Adam takes viewers on a mouthwatering journey across America’s gastronomic cross section. However, Adam’s foodie expeditions are not complete until he has faced the most daring local eating challenge. Whether it’s the Mac Daddy pancakes in Oahu, the San Francisco Creamery’s Kitchen Sink, or the Four Horsemen Burger in San Antonio, Adam goes for the glory in each unique contest. Taking viewers along with him as he experiences the unique buffet that makes up America’s table, Adam tries everything from hoagies, chicken-fried steak and Cajun seafood, to Southern BBQ, brisket pizza and cinnamon rolls. No matter which direction he heads, Adam always uncovers the authentic local dishes that exist in the nation’s delicious culinary melting pot.
